Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
● The part is unused and uninstalled
● Returned in original packaging
● Requested within 7 days of delivery
● Approved in advance
No returns are accepted without authorization.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are final sale:
● Installed or attempted installations
● Electrical or emissions components once installed
● Special order or clearance items
● Parts damaged due to improper handling or installation
Fitment Errors
Parts ordered incorrectly due to incorrect vehicle information are subject to:
● Restocking fees
● Return shipping costs
● Approval at our discretion
Refunds
● Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
● Processing time may take 3–5 business days after inspection
Exchanges
Exchanges may be approved for identical parts only, subject to availability.
